Eligibility for Money Back

  1. To be eligible for the 15-day money-back guarantee, your request must be made within 15 days of purchase and must meet the applicable terms.
  2. The refund policy is applicable only for new purchases and first-time users.
  3. Users who already have an account with us are not eligible for any refund.
  4. If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used for bulk emailing or spamming, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
  5. If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used solely for temporary file or data storage, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
  6. If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used for any illegal activity, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
  7. Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels by creating "Ticket" within the eligibility period.
  8. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the payment gatway charges.
  9. Refunds will not be issued for any add-ons, domain registrations, or any services purchased in conjunction with hosting plans.
  10. If you have violated our Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  11. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive in nature.
