- If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used for bulk emailing or spamming, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
- If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used solely for temporary file or data storage, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
- If we find that the Shared Hosting account was used for any illegal activity, no refund will be issued, and your account may be suspended.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels by creating "Ticket" within the eligibility period.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the payment gatway charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for any add-ons, domain registrations, or any services purchased in conjunction with hosting plans.
- If you have violated our Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive in nature.
- Refunds will not be processed for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our policies.
- If you change your mind after receiving a refund, you will not be eligible to reapply for the same service under the refund guarantee.
- Refunds are only applicable to new hosting services, and hosting package upgrades are non-refundable.
